Materials for the AGMs are posted in the Association Reports & Messages section in the Members Only area of the website. That page is updated as materials are available.
The Annual General Meeting normally includes:
- Audited Financial Statements for the most recent fiscal year
- Highlights of the Association's Accomplishments and Strategic Focus
- Update of bylaws
- Election of the Directors and Officers for the upcoming Board Term
Pre-registration is required. Register by using the Register for this event link above. Members must be logged into their member profile to register for this event.
The registration deadline was Wednesday, November 22, 2017 (but has been extended to 12 noon on Friday, November 24th)
Registration cannot be purchased at the door as pre-registration by the deadline assists us in knowing attendance numbers to assist in venue planning.
**Please advise any dietary allergies in the RSVP Comments Area when you register**
As outlined in our bylaws, Associate and Student Members do not have voting privileges. If you are in one of these member categories however are now working in HR more than 50% of your position and would like your category reviewed in time for the AGM, your request for category review must be received before November 22, 2017. If you are already a full member, no action is required other than registering for the event. Members can view their current membership category by visiting their online profile after logging into the website.
Are you a voting member but not able to attend the AGM? A proxy form will be emailed to voting members. (does not apply to associate, student, or retired members)
Members who make reservations and are unable to attend should let us know by noon on November 22 so the Association does not incur unnecessary costs.
